Meet Tracy
A native Texan, Tracy Ritzwoller Dombek spent 15 years after college years working in New York and Southern California. But it’s Austin, the city she has called home for the past 12 years, where her heart and work experience led her to launch an exciting chapter as a Realtor®.
The time she spent away from her native state working in oil trading and private equity proved to be a perfect experience for her real estate career. In that career, she gained broad experience in negotiation, sales, marketing, and learning how to customize solutions based on listening to what her clients needed. Over time, regardless of her career, it became quite clear that she has always had a lifetime passion for architecture and design.
Over the years Tracy has bought and sold multiple homes, gutting and remodeling them. As a broker’s client, she had both great and not-so-great dealings with Realtors®, two kinds of experience that crystallized into one goal for her realty clients to make sure she does the best she can for them and help them achieve all their hopes in finding their dream home. All this, her experience, her passion and enthusiasm, and her absolute determination to succeed for her clients – is what make Tracy a valuable asset and a success as a Realtor®.
Tracy is thrilled to start this new chapter at Compass with the Patek. Jones Group. She looks forward to working with this global company and her team that brings experts and an extremely successful team of women to mentor her, collaborate with, and befriend. Most importantly, always mindful of her own experiences, she is dedicated to working tirelessly to guide her clients find and obtain their dream home, and/or get the highest value when selling their home.
Of course, Tracy isn’t all work. She is an avid tennis player, enjoys skiing, pilates, golf, traveling, socializing with good friends, spending time with her two dogs and cat, watching sports, and above all else, spending quality time with her vibrant, energetic 11-year old daughter.
Looking back, Tracy is proud of the support she has received in her work life and has always believed in giving back. She has been a longtime volunteer for the American Cancer society, co-chaired a MS150 team for many years, and enjoys participating in her daughter’s school fundraising events including the Casis carnival and Rawson Saunders gala.
