Great Hills stands out as another former fringe community that has blossomed as Austin has expanded.

Rosedale, a neighborhood just north of Pease District Park, consistently ranks as one of the best places in Austin to raise a family. From historic roots extending back to the 1860s, Rosedale has evolved from an agricultural powerhouse to one of Austin’s best residential communities.
